We aim to ship all our products within 24 hours of receiving payment. You can check on the status of your order by contacting us directly to discuss any issues with your shipment.
We supply nothing but the finest merchandise available in the UK. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase please be reassured that all our purchases come with a full 12 months warranty and full support should anything go wrong. Simply send the product back to us and we will supply you with another.
All our products come with a 14 day return period. If you are less than 100% happy with your product simply send it back to us in good working order and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the merchandise, unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage and packing. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Once you have completed your transaction you will be sent an e-mail from us with confirmation of your transaction and a UPS tracking number. Check the UPS tracking site for a progress update on your order, by simply following the above link to the web site and entering your tracking information.
