How do I pay for the products available on this site?
You can pay using all major credit cards and UK debit cards.

What if I am supplied with a faulty product?
We supply nothing but the finest merchandise available in the UK. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase please be reassured that all our purchases come with a full 12 months warranty and full support should anything go wrong. Simply send the product back to us and we will supply you with another.
What is Your Returns policy?
All our products come with a 14 day return period. If you are less than 100% happy with your product simply send it back to us in good working order and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the merchandise, unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of postage and packing.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.

VAT - Inclusive or Exclusive
VAT is a form of Sales Tax. It is only applied / charged on orders delivered within the EU (including the UK).For all other orders, the VAT will NOT be added. As soon as a non-EU country is chosen in the check-out, the VAT will be removed from the order (but the shipping charge will be recalculated according to the weight of the shipment).Countries outside of the EU may impose their own Sales or Import tax. Others (like USA), will allow small, personal orders, to enter without any further tax. exc VAT: Price excludes the VAT, for orders shipped outside of the EU. inc VAT: Price includes the VAT, for orders shipped to UK / EU. How do I track my Order?
Track your payments with UPS tracking service.
Once you have completed your transaction you will be sent an e-mail from us with confirmation of your transaction and a UPS tracking number. Check the UPS tracking site for a progress update on your order, by simply following the above link to the web site and entering your tracking information.
